- Billing: Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- No Partial Refunds: We do not provide refunds for partial months
- Access: You retain access to all features until your billing period ends
1.3 Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscription plans:
- Discounted Rate: Annual plans include a discount compared to monthly billing
- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time, but refunds are subject to the conditions below
- Pro-rated Refund: Within the first 30 days, you may request a pro-rated refund for unused months
- After 30 Days: No refunds are provided, but your subscription remains active until the end of the annual period

4. Cancellation Process

4.2 What Happens After Cancellation
- Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged for future billing periods
- Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation
- After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted
